Adaptive School

TERMS

What we promise, and what we do not.

Short, because a long version nobody reads is not an agreement. Questions to keenan@flexsolutions.ph.

Who can use this

A parent or guardian sets up the account and gives permission. You need to be old enough to agree to something on your child’s behalf, which means an adult. A child never creates an account here and never holds their own login.

You are responsible for the account you create, including who you hand the tablet to. If a device your child uses stops being theirs, cut it off from your own dashboard.

It is free, and there is no catch to look for

Free while we build it. No card, no trial, nothing to cancel. We are not funding it by selling anything about your family, and there is no advertising. If a price ever appears, it will not be by quietly switching something off that you already rely on, and the honest version of your child’s progress will never be the thing we charge you to see.

What we do not promise

This is early. Things will break, and a feature you like may change. We do not promise the site is always up, and we do not promise your child will reach any particular level by any particular date. Anyone who promises you that about a child is guessing.

We are not a school, an examining body, or a diagnosis. Nothing here is an assessment you should hand to a school as proof of anything, and it is not a substitute for a teacher or, where it is needed, a specialist. When our own explanations fail a child three times, we say so plainly and tell you it needs a person.

Your child’s work belongs to your child

What your child writes here is theirs. We use it to run the site for them, and for nothing else. We do not publish it, we do not sell it, and it is never used to train AI. The questions, explanations and drawings are ours, and are for your family’s own use rather than to be copied into something else.

Using it fairly

Do not try to break it, scrape it, or pull the answer keys out of it. The answer keys are deliberately out of reach, and getting at them would only spoil it for a child.

We can close an account that is being used to harm someone. In practice this is twenty families the founder knows personally, so this clause exists for completeness rather than expectation.

Leaving, and us stopping

You can delete everything with one button in your account, any time, and it is gone rather than hidden. See Privacy for families.

And the other direction, because it is the honest thing to say up front: this is a small project with a real chance of stopping. If we decide to stop, we will tell you before we do it, and we will give you a way to take your child’s progress with you. We will not just go dark one Tuesday.

The boring necessary bit

We are based in the Philippines and these terms are read under Philippine law. If part of this turns out not to hold up, the rest still does. Because the site is free, what we could owe you if something goes wrong is limited to what you paid, which is nothing. That is not us being slippery, it is what free means, and it is why we are careful to tell you plainly what this is not.
